Our Policies
Deposit & Warranty Information

A 50% deposit is required on all orders, as every product is custom-made to your specifications.
All installations are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty, covering defects related to our installation.
Sunbrella fabrics include a limited manufacturer's warranty against fading and tearing only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, severe weather, normal wear and tear, or any other conditions not specifically covered by the manufacturer.
All frames are constructed from 1" square aluminum tubing and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against rust.
